Oliver Goldsmith, portree Joshua Reynolds (1769–1770)
Oliver Goldsmith (10 XI 1728 Ballymahon või Elphin, Iirimaa – 4 IV 1774 London) oli Iiri kirjanik ja luuletaja. Tema kuulsamad teosed on romaan "Wakefieldi kirikuõpetaja" ("The Vicar of Wakefield"; 1766), pastoraalne poeem "The Deserted Village" (1770) ning näidendid "The Good-Natur'd Man" (1768) ja "She Stoops to Conquer" (1771).
